Laurie Felber currently resides in Woodstock, new York. She earned her B.F.A. from Parsons School of Design, NYC. She also holds a professional certificate in Arts Administration from N.Y.U. and a New Jersey teacher's certification in the Visual Arts.. She was on the faculty of the visual arts center of New Jersey, Summit. before her relocation to the Catskills..

Laurie works in multiple mediums including watercolors, oils, and pastels. Her focus has been small intimate landscapes on boards. Currently she is focusing on a long term project named “1926: A year of transition”.

he has exhibited in the St. John's on the Mountain jury show, and won honorable mention.. , Laurie was accepted into SitE: Brooklyn juried Show featuring small works. She has participated in the Hoboken open studio tours. HER PAINTINGS have been DISPLAYED AT the Beach Haven Municipal Building, Beach Haven, Site:Brooklyn gallery, brooklyn, NY and Hoboken Arts Gallery group show, monroe art center, hoboken.. Laurie was the september 2019 featured artist for hobokenarts online gallery. Laurie is a board member with Woodstock Artist association and museum with whom she has extensively exhibited her work and the Woodstock Byrdcliffe Guild.
